Art of Raz sells digital downloadable art, provides free art tutorials backed by Google Ads and offers free art downloads. Occasionally I accept art commissions also.

Prices shown in the webshop are the actual prices. No VAT, delivery costs or fees are added later. All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars.

Buying digital art and ordering art commissions from artofraz.com requires that you supply relevant personal information to complete an order. The gathered personal information is used internally and for future reference and corrospondence between you (the customer) and artofraz.com if required, and will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party unless required by national and/or international laws. At all times you are allowed to know what information artofraz.com has gathered about you. You will not be able to alter the gathered information. If you have allowed artofraz.com to use your information in any particular context you can disallow futher usage at any time by contacting Art of Raz.

Any purchase in the webshop consists of these steps.

1) Add items to the shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' buttons.
2) After accepting the terms and conditions go to the checkout by clicking the 'Checkout' button displayed in the shopping cart.
3) You are now re-directed to the checkout page. Supply the required information and choose a payment type. Place your order.
4) Payment information is now processed. Upon completion the purchase is legally binding.
5) Next you are re-directed to Artofraz.com. Download your art item/s from here*
6) An invoice containing the download link/s is e-mailed to you also.
7) Done.

* Each download link is valid for 24 hours only, starting from the time your order has been registered and approved. Be sure to download your art item/s within this 24 hour period.

All payments are handled on SSL encrypted connections ensuring complete transaction security. On the payment page you can check for https:// in your browsers address bar for re-assurance. Also, some browsers display a small padlock icon when you visit secure pages. Finally you can view the payment page security certificate in your browser to make sure it's valid and up-to-date.

The digital art sold in the webshop is made primarily for digital photo frames but can be viewed on all devices capable of displaying images as well (such as PC's, Mac's, Some TV Screens, iPods, iPads, mobile phones etcetera). The digital art is sold as art packages that are downloaded, extracted (zip files can be extracted in Windows, OS X and Linux by double-clicking the zip-file) and transferred to the digital photo frame just like normal digital photos.

These are the payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX (American Express) and PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to purchase art, but serves as an extra payment option. If you choose to pay via your PayPal account, login is required. After the payment has been processed the delivery is instant and made available as downloadable content.

Given the nature of digital downloads returning orders is not possible, nor is reversing an order once it is completed. Since an order of downloadable content is completed almost instantly remorsing is not possible.

If your downloaded digital art, in it's original, un-altered and un-edited form is not working as intended, you are entitled to receive working copies of any/all art items not working provided you can document your purchase/purchases. Have your receipt/s ready before contacting Art of Raz, should you experience any problems.

If, after you have received your digital art, you delete it, alter it or render it unusable you are not entitled for replacement digital art. After you have received your fully working copies the responsibility is solely yours. If you lose your digital art due to system- or storage failure etcetera artofraz.com is not required to provide you with new copies of your purchased art.

This includes all and any kind of personal information plus e-mail addresses and equivalents. Only if required by law (national and/or international), info will be shared with no prior permission needed.

Cookies are used as a part of the webshop but not to gather personal information.

On some of the web pages at artofraz.com Google ads are displayed as a part of Googles AdSense program.

Google, as a third party vendor, along with its partners use cookies to gather information about your visits on this, and other websites to display ads more relevant to you. They do not gather personal information (such as your name, street address, telephone number or e-mail addresses).
